Free one-hour class on New Construction Home Inspections

I’m SO excited to announce the launch of a new learning platform for licensed real estate agents in Minnesota. Up until this year, we’ve been teaching free continuing education classes at real estate offices throughout the Twin Cities in-person. Once Covid hit, we quickly switched our classes to webinar style. That went very well, giving us the ability to reach more people than we’ve ever reached at once, with up to 250 attendees per class.

The only downside to those classes was how interaction with attendees became nearly impossible. It was almost impossible to field questions while also getting through all of the content. We also had several people asking us to teach these classes at all kinds of off-hours, and meeting everyone’s needs was impossible. Until now.

In order to reach a larger audience and to make these classes far more convenient for licensed real estate agents, we’ve switched to an on-demand format. We’ve spent the last several months getting our classes recorded, edited, and uploaded to an online learning platform that meets the requirements for the Minnesota Department of Commerce.

To help you see the value in the type of content we’re offering, here’s our one-hour class on New Construction Inspections in its entirety. If you’re a licensed real estate agent, please check it out. Skip ahead, watch a few pieces, and decide if this is worth your time.

If you want to watch the whole thing and get credit for it, head on over to our learning platform at www.StructureTechCE.com. You’ll find this class and four others, ranging from 1 to 3.75 hours in length. I believe these are some of the best continuing education classes available to licensed real estate agents, bar none. To help cover the costs of our hosting platform and learning technology, we’re charging a small fee of $5 per hour of CE.

If you enjoy these classes, please share them with a colleague. If you don’t, simply let us know and we’ll give you a refund. That’s how we roll.
