We were recently asked if we could provide THC residue testing; the short answer is no. We’re a one-stop shop (cliché term, I know) for over 99% of homebuyer needs, but the last 1% gets spread very thin and becomes highly specialized. We stick to the stuff we can be great at. We receive a very small number of requests for the following services, which we don’t provide:
- Cannabis/THC residue testing
- Methamphetamine residue testing
- General drug smoke residue testing
- Electromagnetic Field (EMF) testing
- Asbestos testing
- Lead testing
- Well and septic testing
- Water testing
I recommend contacting one of these local companies for these types of services:

- Eco Shaylee – Asbestos, Lead, EMFs
- Kloeppner Services & Design – water, well, and septic testing
