Weekly real estate market update 10/25/24… sliding down, but ahead of last year

Market indicators are moving down in tandem… but don’t panic, this is typical for this time of year.

The good news is that it is hanging above last year at this time.

Showings also continue on a path similar to last year, even a little ahead… buyers are still looking.
