Add a Little ‘Drizzle’ to Your Life!

In my last blog post I received a lot of questions about the paint color. It is one of my favorite colors but it is one that many people would be afraid to use.

Drizzle by Sherwin Williams. SW6479

It’s a blue paint color with some green in it and can look more green in some lighting. In my last post I had used it in a laundry room and it is the happiest laundry room I know. 🙂

I have also used it in kids rooms, as accent walls and in this photos I used it in a lake home for the family room.

I just recommended this color to a client for her fireplace wall that has black granite around it with soft greenish blue accent in the granite. It is going to be so pretty.

Drizzle would be beautiful on a front door or on a dresser.

In certain rooms this paint color would still be safe enough when selling your home. If you are refreshing your home to live,  you can do anything thing you want and why not bring some color into your life.

If you are nervous about it bring in a professional for some advice and remember, it is only paint and can be changed out easily enough. It’s not like you are making a decision about tile or expensive wall paper.

Happy June!
