Living in the suburb of Golden Valley is a real plus

The best way to learn about life in a community is directly from the people who live there. When I asked a current seller to make a list of 10 things she has loved about living in her Golden Valley home, it wasn’t all about the house. Here are some of the things she has loved about living in Golden Valley for 53 years! (By the way, she is moving to another Golden Valley address!)

Living in the suburb of Golden Valley is a real plus

Golden Valley is a forward-looking community with the welfare of all its citizens as a core value. Snow removal and street maintenance are excellent.

Golden Valley has great accessibility to good walking, biking and recreational facilities

We learned to downhill ski at Theodore Wirth Park, also did Nordic skiing there. Brookview was a favorite golf course. Just walking in the neighborhood is really nice.

Golden Valley is in close proximity to the city and to almost anywhere

This great location has enabled us to spend most of our lives LIVING and doing the things we love to do – not in a car commuting. It is only 10 minutes to go to a concert or play or ball game. Great restaurants are just a short drive away.
