Showings slowed down significantly nationwide in April per ShowingTime, with the West leading the country with a drop of 35.3%. Good news is the Midwest showed the lowest drop, at 7.3%
I track our Twin Cities showings every week and while April showings were significantly lower than last year, May was pretty close to last year and June is following the same trend so far. More properties are now allowing overlapping showings so it isn’t as hard to find a showing time and while there are still multiple offers on the good listings, competition isn’t as fierce as it was earlier this year.
