Food truck season has begun!

Spring is in the air and food truck season has begun. You will find them appearing at pop-up events, fairs and festivals throughout the spring, summer and fall. It’s hard to find a weekend without food trucks showing up throughout the metro at various events… but never more than at dedicated food truck fairs and festivals. Don’t miss the Taste of Minnesota in downtown Minneapolis July 6-7 for great music, fabulous food, outdoor family fun, a few surprises and really great people-watching!

We stopped at the 2024 Food Truck Kickoff event at Gustavus Adolphus Lutheran Church in St. Paul on Sunday… at least 25 different food trucks.

One look at all the parked cars both in the parking lot and lining the surrounding streets gave us an indication of how much the Twin Cities love their food trucks!
