Showing activity took a significant drop the beginning of this week, (last data we have is from Monday of this week) when showings dropped down to last year’s level after being above last year since April.
Coming soon listings had a noticeable drop as pending sales continue to slide, below last year at this time. New listings were a little ahead of last year, but still continuing on the normal arc downward into winter.
