The emotional benefits of home ownership………..

When I first saw this post on one of our blogs, it reminded me of one of the questions I ask in a first time homebuyer class. When I start the class, I like to ask why people want to buy a home. Some like the idea of saving money, gaining equity and not making your landlord get the benefits of ownership. This post shows some of the reasons to think about buying a home.
