Matrix Client Portal Search is Here!

When your agent sets up an auto search for you in NorthstarMLS Matrix, you get notification of all listing activity matching your search criteria directly from the professional MLS database used by Realtors. You can choose to get updates in real time through a continuous search, or less frequently (mornings, evenings, daily, weekly, etc) as you choose. These searches must be set up by a professional Realtor.

When your auto search is activated it includes access to your own Portal, where you can select favorite listings and possibilities, as well as exchange notes back and forth with your Realtor.

As of this week you can now also create your own searches right within your own Portal to help you explore and dig deeper. You can save your own searches which you can run manually any time you choose, but you cannot set it to run automatically. If you create a search you would like to have search for you continuously or on a schedule, just let us know. We can set it up for you, but you cannot save auto searches for yourself.

There is a “Help?” link the in the upper right corner of your Portal screen where you can access a 4-minute video as well as a quick PDF guide on how to use your portal, including this new search feature.

Contact us to get access to your own client Portal and get the most accurate information by searching the professional MLS directly, rather than using a site that downloads its information from the MLS.
