2020 Color of the Year… and ideas for color palettes in your home

color2020

For the last 20 years Pantone has been choosing the color of the year, taking into consideration all aspects of society: fashion, marketing, social media and even politics.

color of the year 2020 Classic Blue

The color of the year for 2020, Classic Blue, is a break from the vibrant coral of 2019, a response to the unrest in the world around us. It represents a certain amount of calm and dependability… a color you can rely on.

More color has been coming back into home paint color schemes, and Sherwin-Williams has created a 2020 group of color palettes “that bring joy, serenity and focus to the mind, body and spirit.”
