It used to be that when you thought of multiple restaurants with the same name and similar menu it meant a national chain, but there is an increasing number of Twin Cities local ‘chain’ restaurants that are locally sourced by local farmers and brewers. One example is Coalition Restaurant… the first location in Excelsior and a delicious new location on the Minneapolis side of 50th and France.
The Twin Cities is becoming known as a ‘foodie’ destination… not just for elegant dining but for healthy meals with the freshest, responsibly sourced ingredients and local brews.
Coalition isn’t the only local ‘chain’ in this block. Across the street in one direction is Agra Culture… and across the street on the other side is Red Cow… each distinctively delicious, with 3 Twin Cities locations.
50th and France is a desired neighborhood for many reasons, one being outstanding dining options both delicious and healthy!
