There are so many different logos and acronyms and names for different real estate designations that you can get lost in the sea of them… even I have a hard time remembering what all of them mean! Bottom line is, it means course work has been completed in certain areas of specialization… some awards have been received for the work done… and we belong to professional organizations.

National Association of REALTORS®
The National Association of REALTORS® (NAR) is America’s largest trade association, representing over 1.2 million members and providing a facility for professional development, research and exchange of information among its members and to the public and government for the purpose of preserving the free enterprise system and the right to own real property.
The term REALTOR® is a registered collective membership mark that identifies a real estate professional who is a member of the National Association of REALTORS® and subscribes to its strict Code of Ethics.
ABR – Accredited Buyer Representative
The Accredited Buyer’s Representative (ABR®) designation is the benchmark of excellence in buyer representation. Earning this coveted designation demonstrates to peers and consumers your commitment to providing outstanding service for real estate buyers. When you work with an ABR you’ll be working with someone who has gone the extra mile by completing specialized training in delivering the best in buyer-representation services. Minnesota Monthly’s BEST REAL ESTATE PROFESSIONALS
The Best Real Estate Professionals in Minnesota list, compiled annually by Minnesota Monthly magazine, includes real estate, mortgage, and insurance professionals in the state who simplify the process of buying or selling a home, work hard to protect valued assets, and not only know and understand the market, but know and understand their clients.

SRESÂ – Senior Real Estate Specialist

CRS – Certified Residential Specialist
Certified Residential Specialists (CRS) have met certain educational and professional requirements. The CRS Designation signals to consumers and other real-estate professionals that these agents are among the best of the best.
RE/MAX Hall of Fame
The Hall of Fame Award is given to RE/MAX Sales Associates who have earned in excess of $1 million in paid commissions within the RE/MAX System.
NAR’s Green Designation
NAR’s Green Designation is the only NAR conferred real estate designation for agents looking to learn about issues of energy efficiency and sustainability in the various facets of real estate. REALTORS holding a Green designation have been provided with a comprehensive understanding of what it means to go green and the concerns of consumers seeking green knowledge about real estate.
SUPER REAL ESTATE AGENT

PSA – Pricing Strategy Advisor
