Close access to the cities but still far enough away to enjoy country life, abundance of farms still here! Lakeville is expanding daily, tons of new businesses coming in! Easy in and out with ready access to freeways. Tons of new families and existing families in the area. Kelley Park in Apple Valley, awesome! Steve Michaud Park, the best! I love it here!

Since I don’t have kids I can’t report about that except that I do know the schools are supposed to be fabulous. I know the high schools excel at sports.
As far as a community I love it. Been here 18 years. The Lifetime Fitness is one of their largest with a fabulous indoor and outdoor pool for kids with water slides. Top notch workout facility for Mom and Dad. The quaint little old downtown has a couple brew pubs, local coffee shop, wine cafe, old fashioned Dairy Delight for soft serve, etc. and the Art Center which has so many good concerts and plays.
Ton of new construction here, a lot of growth, great library!
