It is time for the annual curated Docomomo tour of wonderful modern and mid-century modern homes in the Twin Cities… this year on Saturday, October 7 from 10 am to 4 pm.
Docomomo US/MN has seven wonderful modern and midcentury modern homes open to tour ticket holders for Tour Day 2017… Saturday, October 7, 2017. Each home is exceptional inside and out, and many of the homes have had recent updates that thoughtfully address their style. Original owners will be at a few of the houses to tell stories about building and renovating the property. The pictures above are a great introduction to what’s in store for this year’s tour.
Tickets are available through Eventbrite, they are $50 for non-Docomomo members, $30 for Docomomo members, and $15 for students with valid school ID. We have our tickets… see you there!
At the first house you visit, you will receive a wristband for admittance to the rest of the residences and a brochure with more information about the homes. The homes are open during specific blocks of time. There is plenty of time to get between homes and grab a bite to eat if you’d like.
