According to info from the National Association of Realtors, Minnesota is one of only a few states where homes sold in less than 30 days last month. If you talked to buyers in our market, they might say "sell in 30 days? how about 30 hours?!"

As in any market, how quickly a property sells depends on multiple factors including price, location and condition. But sometimes it helps getting affirmation that you aren't dreaming… homes really are selling quicker here than in many other parts of the country.
