We staged a home that had been on the market for 3 months. It sold in less than 14 days! (This is the one that I wrote about last month with the small space.)
We staged a home that sold in 5 days !
Then we staged a home that sold in 3 days!!
Then we staged a home that just went on the market and an offer is coming in (1 day, although I haven't heard if it's been accepted yet)!
While I'd like to say that they sold fast due to our staging :), I really see this as a possible sign that the market is improving!
So, if you're thinking about selling…..do it now! Or if you have your home on the market and it hasn't sold…..go through it again and make sure to:
- Declutter it,
- Clean it,
- Depersonalize it,
- Make the rooms look larger by using less furniture,
- And partner with a Great Realtor!
Can't hurt and it just might sell!
