Closets

This week, we're installing a closet system, so I thought I'd mention it in the blog.  You might think closets are not too important when staging……WRONG!!

When preparing your home for sale, at a minimum, closets should be "q-tip clean" like the rest of the house.  The house we're in had very old rickwire closet shelving (falling down) that desperately aged the house.  Plus, seeing a closet in that condition makes you think the house is not well maintained.

When buying, would you like to see this:     Messy-closet

Or this:  Universal_Walk_In_Closet_Organizer

When purchasing a home, we like to see clean organized areas.  Plus we like to envision ourselves living in that home.

So don't forget your closets when you are putting your home on the market.  You can clean up your closets and install a new closet system for a very reasonable price.  It's really worth the time!!
