New vistas

This has been a wonderful week filled with new vistas as we have explored the California desert…from the flat desert valley below sea level to skytop views atop Mount San Jacinto nearly 11,000 feet above sea level. It was interesting…after taking the spectacular aerial tramway and hiking in the mountaintop wilderness with incredible vistas I noticed a small mountain stream as the tram brought us back to the bottom of the mountain. It was like a magnet, drawing me to it. Today we explore Indian canyons, made lush by the presence of abundant streams. More new vistas, this time with a familiar sense of place that feeds my soul…a place with natural streams of flowing water running through it.

Tomorrow we return to Minnesota, but to a slightly different world…for this has also been a week of new political vistas. The whole world watched as Barack Obama was elected our new president…a historic event bringing a new era of hope and grabbing headlines throughout the world.

  1. Every one knows that modern life is high priced, but people require money for various things and not every one gets big sums cash. Therefore to get fast personal loans or just term loan would be good way out.
