New and coming soon listings are rising along with pending sales. The other stat that popped up this week is price changes… price reductions increased 49% this week!
Showing activity also increased, perhaps at least encouraged by spring-like temperatures after coming out of last week’s deep freeze.
Overall, activity continues to be holding a little ahead of last year at this time.
