Weekly real estate market update 5/27/22… number of price drops continues to increase

Weekly Market Stats 2022-05-27

As expected at the beginning of this holiday weekend, new listings dropped, coming close to the number of pending listings, and coming soon listings increased. Price drops continued to increase, it will bear looking into how those price drops are influencing pricing on new listings.

The last three years of showings appear to be converging as we approach the holiday weekend when showings can be expected to drop.
