Weekly real estate update 4/9/21… multigenerational living is growing

Showings took their expected dip over the holiday weekend. Data above is through Wednesday, expect it to jump up again next week. Pending sales took a corresponding dip this week, but both new and coming soon listings are climbing.

Not only has it become much more common for people to work from home and move to wherever they want to live… it has also become much more common for multiple generations to move near each other… or even move in together.
