Weekly real estate market update 5/30/25… which home improvements add the most value

Perhaps the chart that best illustrates that we are experiencing the typical Memorial Day holiday slump is the record below of showing activity over the past five years… we are right on track. Holidays always win.

New, pending and coming soon listings all dropped as most people were busy with things other than buying and selling houses over the holiday.

The good news is that mew listings are still ahead of last year.
