Weekly real estate market update 4/4/25… things to avoid after you apply for a mortgage

New and coming soon listings increased again this week. Increase in price changes was primarily due to price increases. Sales that fell through and came back on the market increased a bit this week, makes me wonder if we will see more of that with all the job and market turbulence right now.

Showing stats aren’t populating right now, but looking at new, pending and coming soon listings, all are higher than last year.

Have you been pre-approved for financing and are ready to buy? Be careful what you do next… they re-check before closing.
