We are always on the lookout for a good stop for Sunday Brunch. We recently stopped at Minneapolis Breakfast Club in Uptown and were in for a treat! It was very loud… but so was the food… it was excellent! There were four of us, and each ordered something different… and everyone raved!
The menu is extensive, with a wide range of offerings from liquid breakfast including mimosa flights to sweet and savory to standards including burgers… something for everyone. We started with sharing an order of monkey bread (good, but actually my least favorite). I am always a sucker for huevos rancheros and these were among the best I have had anywhere, with a kick. My sweet-loving husband had Dutch Apple Cheesecake French Toast, which our server said were among her favorites. Our brunch buddies had a flight of crepes and a Breakfast Club Sandwich with tater tots. Everyone was happy!
The food was outstanding. Our only complaint was it was so noisy it was hard to carry on a conversation… but then we are ‘old’! haha
I highly recommend The Breakfast Club for an amazing brunch… check out the menu before you go, it can take some time to get through it all!
