CCM Line of Duty Death Benefit

Protecting those that protect us! To honor those that make the ultimate sacrifice protecting our communities, CCM is offering an exclusive Line of Duty Death Benefit. It is designed to provide financial protection to the families of first responders.

This is a complimentary, one time benefit that cancels the balance of your mortgage up to $525,000 if you fall in the line of duty. It covers any work-related activities involving external force and violence, as well as a heart attack or stroke that may occur during strenuous training or activity.

To be eligible, you must be a federal, state, county or municipal agency first responder, including full time, part time or volunteer law enforcement, fire & rescue and EMS. You must be under 70 years old at time of loan inception and the mortgage must be serviced by CrossCountry Mortgage. Eligible loans are conventional or government loans (Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, FHA, VA and USDA).

The home can be your primary residence, a second home or an investment property. It can be from a refinance or purchase.

This is a program CCM started to thank those who serve our communities. There is no charge to the borrower, the cost is covered by CCM. We appreciate the sacrifices made by our first responders. If you have any questions on the program, please reach out to me.
