Pending sales are rising, along with multiple offers and coming soon listings… even new listings are higher than they were last year at this time. Spring market is gearing up. I showed two properties this week that had multiple offers right away… not scary numbers in the double digits like it was a few years ago, but enough to call for ‘highest and best’.
If you are thinking about selling, buyers are still out there looking for homes to buy. Good properties that are priced right are always in demand, regardless of the market.
