New listings and price changes are about the same this week as are homes back on the market and coming soon. I wouldn’t be surprised if pretty soon there are more price changes than new listings. Fewer pending sales also means less competition and fewer multiple offers. Hint, hint… this is a good time for buyers if you can find a house you want.
Showings continue to be on pace with 2021, following the same trajectory as the last three years. Weekly new, pending and coming soon listings are very close to last year.
