When we discussed listing this home for sale, the sellers said they wanted to list it, have it open for showings one weekend while they went out of town on a weekend getaway and sell it the same weekend. In this market with such a shortage of listings that is a very possible scenario… and their smiling faces show that is exactly what happened!
