Weekly real estate market update 5/5/23 – reasons to sell your house today

New listings continue to climb, this week back up to numbers from last September and the same as pending sales last year at this time.

Showings also continue to be strong, at levels that hearken back to 2021.

It’s nice to to see new listings steadily rising, with coming soon and pending listings holding steady.
