Mill Valley Kitchen… refined and relaxed, perfect for a quiet meal

Mill Valley Kitchen looks unassuming, set back in a corner under an apartment building at the corner of Excelsior Boulevard and France Avenue. Close to the Minikahda golf course, its setting is a good reflexion of this quiet, refined restaurant. It is set back so far it is easy to miss it if you aren’t looking for it.

So many restaurants and bars these days are noisy, creating a buzzing atmosphere. Sometimes that is just what you are looking for, but sometimes it is nice to be able to sit back and easily carry on a conversation. Mill Valley Kitchen is such a place… a place with simple elegance for relaxing with good food in a quiet setting.

They serve brunch on Sunday and lunch throughout the rest of the week, open for dinner and bar every day. The lunch menu is both simple and creative… with great flatbreads, salads, burgers and much more. Don’t overlook their awesome mini dessert trio. You get to pick three mini desserts… perfect size for sharing.

Mill Valley Kitchen, 3906 Excelsior Boulevard, Saint Louis Park

With the official arrival of spring, I look forward to the days when we can sit outside on their patio again!
