New listings dropped this week as often happens around the Easter holiday, and showings follow suit. Expect next week to reflect the same as the weekend slows down. With a late Easter this year one would expect it to be warmer, not colder!

Easter often brings multiple generations together as families gather for this spring celebration. Did you know that multigenerational household living has quadrupled in the last 10 years?
