Coming soon listings continue their upward surge as showings stay above the last two years.
New listings are very similar to last year, coming soon listings are above last year… hopefully meaning there will be more new listings to feed buyer demand. Pending sales have been hanging below last year all year so far, but at least getting closer… maybe one of these weeks 2022 will surpass 2021.
