Showings rose above the last two years in response to a healthy injection of new and coming soon listings. It took me three times rearranging showings for a tour yesterday to find open showing times that weren’t hours apart. AND listings are getting multiple offers the first day on the market.
New listings surpassed last year for the first time this year as pending sales still hang slightly below last year. Expect that to change as more new listings come on the market.
