Both new and pending listings are ahead of last year… something we haven’t seen since last spring.
Showings are moving into a period when stats from 2019, 2020 and 2021 are all tangled together… all about the same.
It will be interesting to see if strong showings continue to impact pending sales at a level above last year.
National median rent has increased 16.4% this year… mortgage rates have started to rise… giving buyers more reasons to buy and giving sellers incredible leverage. It’s true the market is slowing down as we move into holiday and winter season, but buyers are still eager to buy.
