Is your kitchen really that important when you are selling your home?

You can see how Kristen is glowing after finally finding a house with the kitchen of her dreams! The kitchen wasn’t the only thing that made this couple decide this was the house for them, but it played an important role. They visited another house they really liked three times but couldn’t get past the kitchen.

It has long been said that kitchens sell homes, and that continues to be true. What isn’t as often said is that kitchens can also be the reason a home doesn’t sell. With people spending more time at home and cooking more meals at home due to COVID-19, kitchens have become more important than ever.

This couple prioritized their priorities, and although the feeling of space/flow, a quiet street, and a vibrant, walkable neighborhood were the top three on their list an updated, larger kitchen was next. This house had all of these and more… hence the big smile!
