2020 Homeowner Wish List

Realtor.com conducted a study after homeowners have been under a stay-at-home order because of the coronavirus pandemic. Spending all that time at home has helped them come up with new focus on what they would like to change about their space to make it more livable while staying at home.

2020 homeowner wishlist

Their wishlist includes: more space, more natural light, a home gym, another bathroom, an updated kitchen, and a larger yard or patio. It is leading some to migrate from the city to the suburbs, where you can get more of these things at a more affordable price.
