Since we just celebrated Memorial Day, I thought it was time to talk about VA loans. Here is a quick picture showing the requirements for VA loans – this gives you an idea if you can qualify as a veteran. You will need your DD 214 and your certificate of eligibility too!
VA loans allow you to purchase a home with zero down! You can ask the seller to pay closing costs and that can help you buy a home with little money out of your pocket.
