Where is the housing market headed in 2019?

What we have been begging for is finally projected to come to pass in 2019… more inventory!  If projections hold true, as inventory rises, sales will climb and price appreciation will slow as we move to a more balanced market. The real estate market is projected to have a great year in 2019!
