The November issue of Mpls St Paul Magazine features their 2018 list of “Super Real Estate Agents”… the top 5% of Twin Cities real estate agents based on client satisfaction.

My wife, Sharlene Hensrud (yes, I’m biased) was chosen again as a Super Real Estate Agent, now for 11 years in a row! That’s the best of the best! And all based on client satisfaction! Not number of sales, not the most dollars, but honest hard work and listening to clients. She really wants to help YOU.

So, I can truly say – “I am proud that Sharlene Hensrud is again included on the list of Super Real Estate Agents for the 11th year in a row!”

Mpls St Paul Magazine explains the list and the process…

“A coordinated effort between Mpls. St. Paul Magazine, Twin Cities Business, and Eagan-based market research company Crescendo Business Services allows consumers to weigh in using their personal experiences.

Tens of thousands of homebuyers who have purchased a home for $250,000 or more are asked to name and evaluate agents they’ve worked with directly. From there, a panel of industry experts reviews each agent on the preliminary list. Agents are rated on the categories of customer service, integrity, market knowledge, communication, negotiation, closing preparation, finding the right home, marketing a home, and overall satisfaction.

The chosen list represents the top 5 percent of Twin Cities real estate agents.”

If you were to count all the Twin Cities agents who have made the list the last eleven years in a row you are no longer talking about the top 5%… it is more likely less than 1% of Twin Cities real estate agents. WOW! Can I say it again? “WOW.”
