Would you like to find homes for sale that are maybe within a half mile of a coffee or pizza shop? Close to parks or schools or bookstores? How do you figure out where to even look to find homes in these locations?
Check out our home search by clicking the ‘Search Homes‘ button on the far right end of our menu bar above.
Then click on the coffee cup in the list of icons next to the property photos for points of interest (or the mortarboard for schools) and type whatever you want to find in the ‘FIND’ bar… restaurants, bars, bookstores, coffee & tea, parks, etc… the screen shot below is for Parks. The blue dots are homes for sale and the green push pins are the points of interest. You can select distance by adjusting the slider bar.
Zoom in (lower right corner of map) and move the map around to get to your area of interest, then click on the blue dots to learn about properties. Not only will you learn about the property itself, if you scroll down you will also get information about the neighborhood, such as the example below about Southwest Minneapolis.
