Love gingerbread houses? You still have time to visit Gingerbread Wonderland Twin Cities at Norway House in Minneapolis. In Norway, gingerbread is a quintessential feature of the holiday season. Some Norwegian towns even build replicas of their whole city in gingerbread!
Now in its third year, you will find Twin Cities landmarks large and small to make you smile, as well as small houses… examples of work from professional chefs as well as amateur creations. My husband suggested that our family should create one to submit next year! If you want to create your own, download this gingerbread recipe and pattern from Norway House.
Gingerbread Wonderland continues through January 7. Visit by December 21 to vote for the People’s Choice award.
