4 reasons now is a good time to list

  2. It's winter and the ground is covered with snow… which means you don't have to worry about trimming and planting and primping your landscaping
  3. Interest rates are still low… but expected to rise so buyers are motivated to buy
  4. You are ready… regardless of conditions, whenever you are ready is a good time to list… it won't sell if it isn't on the market!
