Housing Crash and Bounce… the real estate roller coaster recovery

Interesting infographic below about how nationally the housing crash took an average $70,000 out of every home owning household… but as big as the crash was, those households have already gotten back about one-third of it, an average $24,000 per household. Of course all real estate is local, but it is an interesting perspective on the last five years.
