Staging a Loft

We staged a great loft in Downtown St. Paul last week.

Typically, lofts are staged with very contemporary furniture and accessories.  When I stage a loft, I like to make it a little "warmer", as I think that the loft will feel a little more like home.  Plus, when we're done, my goal is that the loft doesn't look like every other one that's for sale.

Here's what we started with:

B4         B42

And here's how it looked when we finished:

Loftafter
           Loftafter1

I love this place and it really does feel comfortable when you enter.

Plus, it was really fun to be Downtown again!  We visited the Farmer's Market and there was a great art festival in the park across the street! Makes me want to move out of the Suburbs!
