Merriam Street Bridge… this section of one of the fanciest Mississippi River bridges was floated downstream to be reused when the 1887 bridge was replaced… now connects Nicollet Island and St. Anthony Main, Minneapolis
Irene Hixon Whitney Bridge… pedestrian bridge designed by Siah Armajani, spans 16 lanes of traffic connecting Loring Park and Minneapolis Sculpture Garden
Robert Street Bridge… noted for its complex design built to accommodate river traffic in downtown St. Paul
Hennepin Avenue Bridge… fourth bridge built on this site of the first permanent bridge over the Mississippi anywhere in its length, downtown Minneapolis
Avenue of the Arts Bridge… inspired by a Frank Lloyd Wright design, connecting the Minneapolis Convention Center and the 3rd Ave S corridor to the Minneapolis Institute of Arts
Sunday's Site – Stone Arch Bridge, Minneapolis… former railroad bridge and the only stone bridge crossing the Mississippi… now a walking/bike bridge connecting St. Anthony Main and Mills Ruins riverfront districts
