For the past few days I have been listening to nature's transition to spring come alive once again! The cardinals in our yard have been singing their little hearts out, looking for new mates. I am amazed at how many 'songs' they know! The sparrows, chickadees, wrens and goldfinches have also been making grand appearances at our bird feeders.
Yes, it is finally Spring! And along with spring come thoughts of: Paris in springtime, new life, buds on trees, soaring kites, cherry blossoms, and of course the singing and chirping of birds.
Nature is providing us with so many examples of how to make our own transition from winter to spring. Here are some spring ideas: re-feather your nest with a little spring cleaning, bring the outdoors in by opening up your doors and windows to the spring breezes, buy some daffodils or tulips, create an outdoor living room so you will be ready to enjoy the coming warm days, get your pots ready to plant a patio or deck garden, and of course, feed the birds!
And, thinking of spring leads me to images, poems and songs about love. Here is a YouTube link to "Love Is In The Air" by John Paul Young. Some of you may remember this song from 1978! Be sure to view it full screen, and delete the ads. Enjoy!

Spring is something I believe in!
