Can You Recoup the Money You Invest in Remodeling?

Being in the home improvement industry, I continually educate myself on remodeling statistics.   I pay a lot of attention to Hanley Wood's Cost vs. Value Report that is published annually.  This report compares the cost of home improvement projects with the resale value you would get if you sold your home.  They've published this for over 20 years and are market specific.  Here are the statistics for the Minneapolis area.
