We have really enjoyed this house... since 1995! It is a small, but very cozy home. It is centrally located and close to Highway 100, making it convenient to get wherever you need to go.
There are parks, a grocery store, a library and the Crystal pool all within walking distance. The city bus stops one block away.
The neighbors are wonderful. Several of them have lived here for 30+ years and know the neighborhood well.
The back yard is wonderful! It’s great for pets or children or if you just want your privacy. It has a big deck and patio that are great for entertaining. There are also outdoor speakers mounted on the back of the house. (The basement is also wired for speakers in both of the rooms.)
One of the main floor bedrooms has a built-in bed, which was custom made for the space. That room also has a large bookshelf.
The kitchen was completely remodeled in 2003, adding a dishwasher. It has a cozy eat-in area with extra storage space under the bench.
The south side windows help lower the cost of heating the home. The new windows that were installed in June 2007 also help lower the heating and cooling costs.
There is an in-floor safe in the basement in the floor under the drawers of the built-in bookcase in the hallway outside the bathroom.
We have absolutely loved the house!!
