There are fun projects, tough projects and sometimes you get the chance to work on both. This property was purchased by an investor to renovate and I was lucky enough to be able to work on it. The layout was quirky to say the least so a few doorways and walls needed to be moved but in the end it turned out great.

I picked out flooring, lighting, cabinets, counter tops, vanities, paint besides moving walls and doors. FUN!

Take a look!
